Why did you want to learn English?
English is very important to me. When I study new technology, the newest information is always published in English. When I worked in my company, sometimes I needed to communicate with our customers, and because they can't speak Chinese, we have to discuss in English.

What did you like about studying at QSoE?
First, I like Kingston. Most people are friendly, and I feel safe here. Second, English is the one of the official languages in Canada. I can learn English from native speakers. Also I like the classmates as they come from many different countries. I can train my listening skills. In this program, I can improve reading, speaking, listening, and writing. It's very useful to me.

What did you like to do in your spare time in Kingston?
I went to the gym at Queen's University, or attended any kind of socio-cultural activities at QSoE. I also liked to go to the library.

What is your favorite restaurant in Kingston?

Name one favourite memory from your time at QSoE.
When I was studying in class, I felt so comfortable speaking English. I could talk with people in English, which has always been my dream.

What are your personal experiences? What are you doing now?
Teachers are always willing to answer my questions. I have a lot of questions about English, and I can get the answers from them. I'm still studying English in QSoE now. I enjoy the time I'm here.
