On-line Surveys

FluidSurveys, a software solution from, an Ottawa-based IT company, won public tender Q-2012-32-KM for on-line survey systems.  Agreement 2012-186-ESE-1 came into effect on September 25th, 2012 and will expire on September 24th, 2015.  There is an option to extend the agreement for up to two terms of 1 year.
