The Department of Political Studies congratulates two recent graduates of our undergraduate program, Jenna Ghassabeh and Olivia Batten, on their new jobs in Ottawa!
Olivia Batten joined the Government House Leader’s Office in Ottawa this fall as Press Secretary to Minister Karina Gould. Olivia graduated with a BA Honours in Political Studies this spring.
Jenna Ghassabeh joined the Prime Minister's Office earlier this month as Press Secretary to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Following her time in POLS, Jenna graduated from the MPM program (Master of Political Management) at Carleton University this fall.
We wish both of them much success in their new roles!
