Join us to learn how to leverage your power as a non-racialized or white woman to champion equity for racialized women in business.

If you are a business owner who’s interested in leveraging your power and privilege to champion equity for racialized women in business, this workshop is for you.

Join EDI speaker, trainer and author Ophelia Rigault for a 90-minute, interactive session that’s designed to engage and equip non-racialized and white women-identifying business owners to uncover the power of allyship, empathy, and collective action to create a more equitable society for everyone.

Through real-life examples and actionable strategies, we will explore how everyday actions can break down barriers, open doors, and pave the way for true equality.

In her 2000 book Feminism is for Everybody: Passionate Politics, Bell Hooks emphasizes the necessity for white women to divest from white supremacy to foster genuine sisterhood with racialized Women. She further highlights the role of white women in perpetuating oppressive systems and the importance of dismantling these structures to truly support BIPOC women.

At the end of this workshop, you will understand why it is essential for all of us to work towards a more equitable society, and be equipped with the tools to get started.

After all, “Until we're all free and equal, no one's truly free and equal."
