To speak to your professor about your course and its components, refer to the Teaching Team information on your course’s onQ homepage. Check out the Arts and Science Online website for general information regarding your courses and exams or contact us directly with your questions and concerns.

Support for Instructors

The transition into onQ happens Fall 2016 so things will look different as you manage and modify your courses. Our Instructor Wiki Page has been set up to address your questions ranging from gradebooks to quizzes to dropboxes. If your matter is urgent, please contact CDS directly through email or by telephone.

Bachelor of Health Sciences

General technical support is available for students from ITS Monday through Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM, EST) by telephone ( +1-613-533-6666; you can request that ITS call you back in order to avoid long-distance charges when you seek assistance) or through the online request form (https://www.queensu.ca/its/forms/itsc/helpform/) with a response time of 24 hours or less. For students with unique software and hardware issues, IT support is available to provide assistance on an ongoing basis, delivering an additional layer of technical support.

For BHSc Portal support if you are taking PGHY 170 or PHAR 100, use the “Portal Feedback” button present on each page of the Portal for technical support. For more general concerns and comments, email: bhsc-support@queensu.ca.
