New immigration stream

Sharryn Aiken, professor of immigration law is available to discuss the Harper government’s efforts to fast-track the immigration route for skilled foreign workers and students.
Dr. Aiken can explain the proposed Canadian Experience Class immigration stream, and the differences between the current immigration system and the newly proposed system.
As Queen’s resident expert in immigration and refugee law, Dr. Aiken was a successful practicing immigration lawyer from 1992 to 2000.
