Lottery corporation's 'theft and fraud'

With the release of the Ontario Gaming Commission report today, Queen’s University expert James Ridler can discuss the legal and ethical implications of the outlined “theft and fraud” by ticket retailers. He can also discuss the conflict of interest issues with the lottery corporation overseeing and disciplining the very retailers it depends on for profits.
