Listeria class-action lawsuit

Queen’s Law professor Erik Knutsen, expert in negligence, liability and class-action lawsuits, is available to comment on the class-action lawsuit filed by victims of the deadly listeria contamination at a Toronto meat plant.
“There are real claims here and when people hear the footsteps of a lawsuit, things happen,” says Knutsen. “People have died and it’s necessary that someone brings this to the attention of the courts.”
To arrange an interview with professor Knutsen, please contact Alissa Clark at 613.533.6000 ext. 77513 or via email at alissa.clark@queensu.ca or Molly Kehoe at 613.533.2877, molly.kehoe@queensu.ca.
