Israel/Gaza dispute may lead to war: Queen's University expert
Queen’s University Middle East expert Houchang Hassan-Yari is available to talk about the latest Israel-Gaza attacks.
“The Israelis want to silence Hamas’ rockets. If they can’t do that, Israel will destroy Hamas’ capabilities to attack them entirely. Israel might have to do more than air attacks to accomplish this – they may have to go in on the ground. The Israelis have said all the options are on the table,” Dr. Hassan-Yari says.
Please note that Dr. Hassan-Yari (who speaks French and English) wants to be identified in the media as a Middle East expert from Queen’s University and Royal Military College.
