iPhone problems


Queen’s University School of Business professor John Pliniussen is available to speak about Apple’s image problems due to glitches with the iPhone 4 and the possibility of a recall.

“The iPhone brand is broken and needs an iFix. Some consumers are calling the iPhone 4 the iPhoney and the i(can't)Phone. If Apple doesn’t do something soon, they will have a Toyota-like image problem on their hands,” says Professor Pliniussen, who specializes in marketing.

Professor Pliniussen is only available to do phone interviews.
