Immigration changes to combat marriage fraud: Queen's University expert
Queen’s University law professor Sharry Aiken is available to discuss Citizenship and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney's announcement today about tougher immigration regulations for newlyweds in order to combat marriage fraud.
Professor Aiken is an expert on refugee and immigration law and the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. She is critical of today’s announcement.
