Harper's climate change coverup?

Queen’s University Political Studies professor Jonathan Rose is available to discuss the Environment Canada report that accuses the Stephen Harper government of reducing the department’s media coverage about climate change by 80% due to new, complicated communication rules.
“Governments have to balance the need to speak with one voice with the democratic imperative of transparent communication. This case might tell us about the natural tension that exists between the media and the government and the increasing tendency of the government to control its message” says Professor Rose.
Professor Rose specializes in political communication and the role of mass media in democracies.
