CRTC decision on internet costs
Queen’s University professor John Pliniussen is available to speak on today’s CRTC decision on internet pricing. He is a marketing professor at Queen’s University who specializes in technology and business innovation.
“Internet usage/demand is doubling yearly as bandwidth and related internet technologies allows for speedier and better access,” says Dr. Pliniussen,” but many Canadians think that pricing is unfair when compared to rates around the world and they want this to stop. They want to fly first class and pay economy especially when they know the costs to the providers is sub-economy.”
Dr. Pliniussen is not available for television interviews.
