With heightened security concerns in England and elsewhere, Queen’s Law professor Art Cockfield says the Canadian government needs to continue to guard against home-grown (or imported) terrorism. 
“Our government should follow the example of the new Labour government in England and not give in to unwarranted hysteria that breeds fear and leads to calls for restricting precious civil liberties,” says Cockfield.
