Queen's holds First Annual Case Competition
The First Annual Queen’s Case Competition, presented by Monitor Consulting Group, was held on campus last month.
Over 90 participants were involved in the one day event. Competing in teams of four, participants had six hours to prepare a rigorous analysis of two business cases. Teams then had fifteen minutes per case to present their solutions to a panel of expert judges from Monitor Consulting Group and the Queen's School of Business. The competition was fierce and the team that emerged victorious consisted of Samantha Misner, Alex Cookson, Andrea Matecki and Yuwen Huang.
Queen’s Case Competition is designed to give competitors exposure to the sport of business case competitions. It also helps select teams to represent Queen's at various case competitions throughout the year.
