Business alumnus picks up new car for winning national advertising contest
Recent School of Business (QSB) graduate Bram Warshafsky picked up his all-new Chevrolet Cruze at Goodes Hall for winning a national marketing competition.
Mr. Warshafsky’s new car was delivered to the Queen’s School of Business last week on the opening day of the 26th annual Queen’s Marketing Association Conference.
Mr. Warshafsky and teammate (and fellow QSB) alumnus Rachel Zimmer were named Canada’s Next Top Ad Execs in March 2010, a victory shared with Mark Scattolon from McMaster University. Chevrolet awarded all three winners their own Chevrolet Cruze.
The 2010 Canada’s Next Top Ad Execs featured 196 teams from 28 business schools across Canada. The students had to develop an innovative social media marketing campaign for the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze.
It’s the third time in four years that Queen’s students have captured the title of Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec.
