The Queen's Law Journal publishes quality original work in both English and French. We take a comprehensive view of legal scholarship; addition to traditional legal writing, we endeavour to publish articles that intersect the boundaries between law and the social sciences.
The Journal is published twice a year, in the spring and fall.
The deadline for submissions is May 1st for the Fall Issue and September 1st for the Spring Issue.
The Planning & Solicitation Editor of the Journal is responsible for keeping up with timely and novel topics in legal scholarship. While we welcome submissions from experienced writers, we also encourage articles from new writers. Please do not hesitate to contact Elisabeth Trotter, our current Planning & Solicitation Editor, with any questions, concerns or new ideas that you may have.
