Publishing to an Anonymous Website

 

This tutorial teaches you how to simply put a link on your website that will allow users to be able to view a Web Destination you have created, to view one or more videos. Unfortunately, you can only direct-link to Web Destinations, so if you want to link to a single video, you will have to create a separate Web Destination for each separate video.  See the tutorial for Creating a Web Destination  if you have not done so already.

 

This tutorial does not teach you how to embed content into your web page.  For this see the tutorial for Embedding Content

 

  1. From the main interface, click the Web Publishing tab.

  2. Locate the Web Destination you wish to link to, and click Quick Publish

  3. A link saying Web Site will appear where the Quick Publish button used to be. Click the Web Site link, and copy the URL at the top of your browser 

    4.  

    Copy the link for your web destination address

  4. Paste this link, wherever you wish to direct link to the Web Destination (e.g. on a personal website, in an email to someone etc.)
