Service Statistics & Metrics

ITS is excited to introduce real-time and historical reporting of statistics (and eventually metrics) for the services we provide to the Queen’s community.  In this initial stage, ITS will publish the following graphical reports:

  1. Core Service Availability and Responsiveness for major applications
  2. PeopleSoft Support Statistics summarizes the work activity of the PeopleSoft System Analysts Team
  3. IT Support Centre Statistics convey the overall demand on the Support Centre, and distribution of issues across several interesting categories.
