ITServices Domino (Notes) Server Usage Policy

The Domino servers provided by ITServices at Queen's University are to be used for Notes and Notes Web applications. The Domino servers are not providing an e-mail service since that function is already being provided by the by the Post mail server and departmental servers on campus.

Mail traffic on the Domino servers will be restricted to that generated by Notes applications. Notes users will be asked to provide a permanent forwarding address (must be a valid Queens campus e-mail facility) that can be used to receive any mail generated by the Domino system and Notes applications.
