ITServices Service-Related Policies and Terms of Use


ITServices has developed a number of policies for services offered to the University and has made these available to the University community for reference. The policies are supplementary to Queen’s University governing policies and our Service Level Agreements. They are intended to serve as guidelines that define the end-user responsibilities and terms of use for a given service.
