Departmental Training

ITServices offers two types of fee-based training to departments on campus: On Demand, and Customized. Departmental training is subject to availability of the computer lab and an instructor.

On Demand Training

ITServices offers a variety of workshops free of charge to staff and faculty members at Queen's. Topics include instruction in some of our enterprise services (for example, WebPublish), as well as elements of the Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word and Excel). To see our current course catalogue, go to the ITServices Workshop Registration site. You will need to log in with your NetID and password.

If you would like ITServices to schedule an on demand offering of one of these workshops specifically for your department, this can be arranged for a fee by contacting Please see the Fees section below for details on cost. Departments may combine subjects to suit their training needs.

Customized Training

If you desire instruction in a topic that is not part of our roster of free workshop offerings, ITServices may be able to develop and deliver that content for a fee. To learn more, contact Please see the Fees section below for details on cost.
