Disruption to Email Service for Undergraduate Students

 

On January 26, 2013, undergraduate student email is migrating to a new service. During this process, there will be an interval of service disruption where migrating account holders (undergraduate students) will have no access to their Queen's email. This process will not affect staff, faculty and graduate student email service.  

 

The migration process will begin overnight starting at 12:01 a.m. This disruption is expected to last no longer than 12 hours, but for many it will be shorter depending on where they are in the queue of 45,000 accounts that are being migrated. Additionally, there may be a delay of several days before 100% of archived mail is fully migrated into the new system.
