Queen's University is moving staff and faculty to a new email and calendaring service this spring/summer. Additional staff are required to support them through this transition. Must be a current Queen's student to apply.
Under the direction of the ITServices 1st Level Coordinator, you will primarily be assisting faculty and staff with email and calendar transfers from previously used email clients to MS Exchange supported clients (Outlook 2007/2010 for Windows and Outlook 2011 for the Mac) and setup of these new clients to work with our Exchange environment. Secondary tasks may include preparing/editing documentation, site support, training, and other administrative tasks as required.
Note: This position will be full-time (Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week) as of May 1 until August 17, 2012. April is part-time to accommodate final projects and exams. Only candidates who will be able to work full-time from May 1 on will be considered.
