Help and Support

Summer Student Web Resource Program

Summer is a great time to work on new and existing web-based projects. Over the past few years, ITServices has hired summer students to help departments and faculties create and update web content using our supported services.

If you are interested any of the following tasks, then this program is for you:

  • building a new website using WebPublish
  • developing online course materials
  • creating a collaborative Wiki space

As part of this program ITServices will hire, train, supervise, and provide the equipment and space necessary for the students to effectively help departments and faculties meet their goals. ITServices does not charge for our contribution, however, participating departments and faculties are required to pay the hourly student wage.

If you believe you would like to participate in this program, please email Brad Murphy by February 19, 2010 to let us know you are interested. If possible, please provide as much detail as you can, for example, the scope of the work, number of websites to update, number of students you have in mind, etc.
