Starting September 21, email messages in the Trash folder will be deleted automatically after they are 30 days old. This will assist in managing mail storage use. Unfortunately, no exemptions to this change are possible.
This change will apply to you if you use Queen's webmail. If you use an email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook), it may also apply, depending on how your email client has been configured.
