Managed Services for Windows - Remote Access Server

Users requiring access to Administrative systems and network files from off campus will find this useful. Managed Services for Windows - Remote Access Server utilizes Microsoft's Terminal Server technology to offer a secure connection from a personal computer  to a Windows Server, providing the user access to applications, Windows File Service, and internal access to the Queen's network.  Access to this service from off campus requires either a  Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Remote Desktop Gateway (RDG) connection to the Queen's network.  Currently, Remote Desktop Gateway is available to all Faculty and Staff, and VPN will be available to the entire campus in late 2014.
