Walk-in

 

ITServices, in partnership with the Queen's Learning Commons (QLC), have staff members available on the lower floor of Stauffer Library to assist with technical issues on laptops and mobile devices and other IT related inquiries.  If the problem requires more detailed attention, or it it is suspected to be hardware-related, a referral to the drop-off depot will be made.

  • Walk-in support is located in Stauffer Library on the lower level (011A).  Please access using stairs or elevator near the Union Gallery.
