Walk-in (Laptops Only)

 

ITServices, in partnership with the Queen's Learning Commons (QLC), have staff members available on the main floor of Stauffer Library to assist with computer problems. If you have a software problem, they may be able to resolve it on the spot. If the problem requires more detailed attention, or if it is suspected to be hardware-related, a referral to the drop-off depot will be made. The ITServices staff at the QLC desk can also assist with support for library computers and general questions regarding all ITServices at Queen's University.
