Onsite Support

 

ITServices will provide support in your office on campus, with a scheduled appointment, to repair software issues that cannot be solved over the phone or by using our remote assistance software.

 

ITServices will provide onsite support for University-associated locations off-campus as agreed upon by ITServices.
