Drop-off
After a referral has been made by either calling the IT Support Centre or by visiting our walk-in support desk located in Mackintosh-Corry Hall, Rm B205 (on Student Street across from the cafeteria), computers may be brought in to our drop-off depot located in Mackintosh-Corry Hall, Rm B205.
Services Provided
- Diagnostics and repair
- Priority Service (front of the line)
- Computer builds (install OS, install software, user profile setups)
- Backup and Recovery of working systems that have an accessible drive without drive removal required
- Attempted virus removal
- Hardware troubleshooting to determine whether a hardware or software issue

When You Come In
You are responsible for providing:
- a legal copy of your Operating System;
- power adapter (laptops only);
- valid Queen's email address;
- any passwords that prevent access to your computer; and
- Photo ID when picking up your computer.
