Checking Quota Outlook 2011
This tutorial shows how to check your quota on Outlook 2011.
Your O365 account has a quota of 25Gb. It is important to regularly check your quota to make sure it has not gone over the limit, because otherwise, you may not receive incoming emails.
- Ensure you’re on Mail in the Navigation Pane
- Right click on the grey Queensu header
- Select Folder Properties...
- In the Folder Properties window, click the Storage tab
- You can now see the total size of your account!
- To clean up your data and free up space, remember to periodically delete the items you no longer need, and empty the deleted items.
