You have two options:
The first option is to download the enterprise activation software for use on your phone. RIM has released a free app that works to activate devices for BES access, over a BIS service plan. I would suggest trying this option first as it will give you the full benefits of our new email service.
You need to install this on your blackberry, using appworld. Here is the link to the App World Enterprise Activation: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/search/Enterprise Activation/?lang=en
Please download it and install it to activate your Blackberry for a BES account.
The 2nd option is to follow the BIS tutorial, removing your existing account and re-adding it via the instructions shown.
There is a bug in the English Canada Regional Settings.
