Categorizing Meeting Related Emails in Outlook 2011
If you want to create a category for all your meeting related emails so that whenever an email comes in, it'll be automatically tagged pink or yellow, you can.
- Select Categorize on the ribbon
- Click Add new...
- Name your new category "Meeting" or "Invites" or something similar
- Select Rules... from Tools
- Click the + sign to add a new rule
- Fill in the fields as the screen shot shows:
