Checking Quota Outlook 2011
This tutorial shows how to check your quota on Outlook 2011.
Your Exchange account has a quota of 5Gb. It is important to regularly check your quota to make sure it has not gone over the limit, because otherwise, you may not receive incoming emails. Additional storage space is available for a fee.
- Ensure you’re on Mail in the Navigation Pane
- Right click on the grey Queensu header
- Select Folder Properties...
- In the Folder Properties window, click the Storage tab
- You can now see the total size of your account!
- To clean up your data and free up space, remember to periodically delete the items you no longer need, and empty the deleted items.
