The central aspects include the ongoing attraction, retention and promotion of talent, strategic compensation planning, preservation of internal equity (e.g., consistent pay practices) and legislative/collective agreement and policy compliance.
Total Compensation is the Human Resources business unit responsible for the development of policies and practices that provide the foundation for compensation, employee benefits and job evaluation systems for the organization.
