Profile Management

The course provides participants with an overview of the process for adding a profile and associating it with an employee for tracking certifications, licenses, degrees, and years of experience. Also covered is the relationship of this data to the preparation of the mandatory University and College Full-time Academic Teaching Staff Survey (UCASS) for Stats Canada. An overview of the process for the Stats Canada survey preparation and submission is also provided in this session.

The Profile Management course will demonstrate:

  • Understanding profile management
  • Adding a profile and associating it with an employee
  • Adding and updating qualification information for a profile
  • Adding and updating education information for a profile
  • Adding and updating years of experience information for a profile
  • Managing and executing the Stats Canada survey process
