Compensation 2 - Academic

The course provides participants with an overview of the processes for recording academic salary adjustments for individuals. The annual mass academic merit program is also covered in this session, and demonstrates the data flow from departments through Faculty offices to the Vice Principal Academic office for final processing. An overview of how the custom program then calculates salaries according to specified rules is also covered.
