You’re a butt kicker who likes to get things done! But you’re feeling stuck. Maybe you’re not clear on the target? Maybe you’re not clear on the pathway? Maybe you need some tools for the journey? Maybe you need a corner man to keep you on course?

Jo-Ann Howell

My current coaching practice has shown me that all life experiences are valuable if you are able to see the nuggets of learning in each life or work event. My job is to ask directed questions, listen, and empower to evoke the skills and creativity the client already possesses. I have the exceptional ability to develop trusting relationships and am trained and experienced in solution-focused, co-active coaching methods. My unique and eclectic work history allows me to see situations from a variety of angles and encourage clients to challenge limiting beliefs they may hold of themselves or the situation. This process encourages positive growth and exploration of solutions to difficult situations. I believe in working alongside clients to support them in achieving their desired outcomes through manageable goal-driven steps that are reflective of the person’s values, aspirations, and strengths.
