Registration Information

How to register:

  1. Browse the Learning Catalogue, QUASR Learning Catalogue or Lunch Time Sessions for a workshop that is of interest to you, and select the title link.

    • Note: If the workshop is currently being offered, there will be a date beside the course description.

  2. A list of available dates will be shown. Select a session by clicking on the appropriate "Register" link.

  3. You will be redirected to the HR Training Administration System site, and asked to sign in. A valid Queen's NetID is required. Click the "Log in" link and enter your NetID and password when prompted.
    • Note: Departmental NetIDs that do not belong to an individual will not work, and neither will student NetIDs

  4. Fill out the form providing an account code if requested (some sessions do not require this).

  5. Click "Register Now" to submit your registration, or "Maybe Later" to cancel.

  6. You will receive an email stating that your registration has been accepted. If there is a change in the status of the session to which you have requested registration (e.g. cancellation, wait-listed) you will receive an automated email from the Training Administration System.

How to cancel a registration:

Workshops are free if you attend, but if you cancel at the last minute or don't show up, a $50 no-show fee will be 
charged to your department.

  • If it is more than 24 hours before the start of the course, view your training history and cancel online by
 following the instructions on the screen

  • If it is less than 24 hours before the start of the course and the option to cancel is not available online, contact the Learning and Development Specialist
