Passionate about helping people make gratifying and prudent gift decisions, Linda Pearson joined Queen's in the fall of 2010. She has held the positions of Vice President, Development, for the Women’s College Hospital Foundation and Director of Gift Planning at the U of T. Linda was a Director on the National Board of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (2005-10) and is also Past Chair of their Greater Toronto Area Round Table.

Faye has over 25 years of fundraising experience both in the hospital and university sectors. Prior to joining the Gift Planning office in 2004, she was the Major Gift Development Officer for the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Motivated by a desire to contribute to the greater good and make a difference, Carmen brings a background in insurance underwriting and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration to her role in Gift Planning. She loves to build new relationships and solve problems, a winning combination for her position where she enjoys helping people make sound decisions that will positively impact the university and achieve their personal philanthropic goals.

Debbie has worked at Queen’s for more than a decade, primarily in Donor Relations and Gift Planning. Before that she was in development and public relations at Kingston General Hospital.

Julia Bryan is a Queen's alumna (Artsci'04,MA'07) with considerable experience serving diverse client groups. Much of that experience is rooted in volunteer management and not-for-profit work, which she brings to bear on her role in Gift Planning. As Development Coordinator, Gift Planning, Julia assists her colleagues and donors in developing strategies that reflect the donor's desires while supporting university priorities.

Melanie Fortner has worked at Queen’s for more than 12 years in a variety of administrative and research roles. While working at the Queen’s University Biological Station, Melanie discovered a passion for connecting with alumni and helping them make meaningful gifts to the university. This passion led her to Gift Planning where she assists with donor relations and program and gift administration.
