UPDATE: Goodes Hall expansion elevator out of service until Wednesday, Nov. 29

UPDATE>>> The south passenger elevator (EL1811) in Goodes Hall (by Starbucks) was restored to service late on Wednesday, Nov. 29. There will be a brief service interruption this morning (Thursday, Nov. 30) while mechanics update programming; however, no further service interruptions are anticipated thereafter.

Kone Elevator has received the drive for the south passenger elevator (EL1811) in Goodes Hall. A crew is scheduled to install this drive on Wednesday, Nov. 29.

A separate notice will be issued to confirm when work is completed and this device is restored to service.

The south passenger elevator (EL1811) in Goodes Hall expansion (by Starbucks) will remain out of service until the week of Nov. 27. Kone Elevator has indicated that the replacement drive for this elevating device will be shipped out of the United States early next week following the American Thanksgiving long weekend.

A separate notice will be issued to advice when this part is received and this device is restored to service.
