Flags on campus are lowered in memory of retired staff member Barbara Anne MacFarlane. She died on Sunday, Jan. 10.

Ms. MacFarlane retired in 2014 after working for 46 years in Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment.

Family and friends will be received at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Wednesday, Jan. 13 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 14 at 2 pm. Interment to follow at Cataraqui Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in Ms. MacFarlane’s memory to Cancer Centre of South Eastern Ontario (University Hospitals Kingston Foundation) would be appreciated by the family.
