• Faculty Photo ID Card - Contact Human Resources (at hradmin@queensu.ca or 613-533-2070) to book a 15 minute appointment - usually within two business days.  Your photo is taken at this appointment and you walk out with your new Photo ID Card.  For faculty who have already submitted a photo - cards can be picked up at reception in Human Resources.  Photo ID is required and the person who owns the card must pick it up (no delegates).
