Exit Survey

Queen's strives to be an innovative, inclusive and rigorous community of learning and discovery. The University recognizes that the people at Queen's - faculty, staff and students - are its most important strength and are integral to realizing its vision.

To help ensure that we meet our commitment to employment equity, all exiting employees have an opportunity to complete an Equity Exit Survey.  The Survey results provide us with valuable feedback concerning the reasons people leave the University as well as the quality of one's work experience here. This information is useful in identifying ways in which the University can change and improve itself. Indeed, this data will be used to assist Queen's in improving operations, policies and practices in the working environment for employees.

Participation in the Exit Survey is entirely voluntary. Responses are sent directly to Equity Services only and are strictly confidential.
