Sarah Boudreau

Biography

Sarah Boudreau graduated from Bishop’s University with Honours in English Literature and a Minor in German Studies. She is an MPhil student and her research focuses on Queer and Intersex bodies within Victorian literature. She is interested in examining how the language used by Victorians can help foster healthier dialogues, empathy, and decentered engagement with Queer individuals in a modern context. 

 

Research Interests

Queer Studies, Intersex Studies, Gender Studies, Feminist Theories, Victorian Literature, Early Romantic Poetry, Emily Dickinson, German Literature and Language.
