Dr. Bahman Kashi is an Economist specialized in the economic appraisal of investment projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), and computerized simulations for risk analysis and Monte-Carlo studies. His recent research has focused on the integration of social and environmental impacts into conventional cost-benefit analysis (CBA). Dr. Kashi has working experience in the United States, Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, Canada, Haiti, Malaysia, and Cyprus. 

For the past 5 years, he has worked as the Program Manager, Senior Lecturer, and later Executive Director of John Deutsch International, Queen’s University, where he lectures at and coordinates the state-of-the-art program on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis (PIAR). 

Dr. Kashi holds a BSc. in Customs Management from the University of Economic Affairs, Tehran, an MSc. in Information Systems and a PhD in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University.
