Is there any cost?
There is no cost to you. The intent of the Program is to provide short-term counselling. In cases where longer-term or specialized services are required, the EAP counsellor will assist you through a referral to an appropriate professional or agency in the community.The fees for such referred services are the responsibility of the employee or family member. However, some of these services may be covered by your provincial health plan or your extended benefits plan.
