Professor Karen Dubinsky (Global Development Studies and History) and Professor Susan Lord (Film) co-teach the DEVS 305, “Cuban Culture and Society,” a course that takes place in Kingston and Havana. The professors have fostered strong ties with their Cuban colleagues to ensure that their students have had an interdisciplinary and international learning experience. The award was formally presented at the Teaching Awards Reception held at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre on Thurday, January 27, 2016
