Part 4: Propose an Investigative Approach for Engaging in the Scholarship of your Question

As mentioned in Part 3, a research question is studied through an investigative approach that establishes a method or technique for collecting and analyzing data in order to address the question at hand. Step 4 requires that you brainstorm and develop initial ideas for an investigative approach that would allow you to explore or study the research question you have posed. For assistance in developing this investigative approach, refer to the Investigative Approach Guide.

To meet the requirements of Part 4, describe your investigative approach in 800 words or less. Use the provided Certificate in Scholarship Template (.docx) and Certificate in Scholarship Rubric to guide your composition.
