I want to thank the members of the Principal’s Commission on Mental Health for all of their hard work in carrying out their significant and important task, as well as those who spoke or wrote to the commission about their experiences and ideas.
I am tremendously pleased with the report that has been submitted. Many of the recommendations are things we have already begun work on, while others give us a positive direction for the future.
The Office of the Provost will now take this report and develop an implementation plan. I am committed to ensuring that the university continues to be a proactive and responsive community that promotes every student’s success from the day they arrive through to graduation.
